HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 working days. For orders for shipment within Europe, a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days applies. Orders outside of Europe are delivered within 5 to 14 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace number by email. This way you can always follow the status of your shipment.

Parcels within the Netherlands: € 4,95
Free shipping for orders within the Netherlands from € 75, -.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands:
from € 9.95 for Europa
from € 14.95 to all other countries

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes you can within 14 days after purchase (unopened, in original condition and packaging). The shipping costs and risks involved are for the buyer. When the buyer wants to return goods, this must be reported in advance so that we are aware of this.

**Discounted or promotional items cannot be returned!

Returns can be made under the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used or damaged by you.
  • The product must not show any signs of use or external changes.
  • You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to retain it.
  • For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept any opened return goods.
  • You will return the item at your own expense.
  • Unstamped return shipments are not accepted by us, costs for this are therefore borne by the sender.
  • You should return items, if possible in their original packaging and in as original a condition as possible of the product with enclosure of a copy of the return form.
  • Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Erna's Garden does not charge a fee when a shipment is returned, however, after receiving the return, the shipment will be checked. If the goods or the packaging is incomplete or damaged, costs will be charged to the buyer. These costs will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

Refund of the order amount takes place within 14 days after receiving the return shipment and is only possible via a bank or giro transfer. Erna's Garden will use the same means of payment that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Complaint handling

At Erna's Garden everything is about satisfied customers, if you unexpectedly have a bad experience with our service please email your complaint to info@ernasgarden.com. At Erna's Garden we strive to respond to complaints within two working days. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Erna's Garden will respond within 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.

***If an order is not delivered to the buyer within 30 days of ordering, the buyer has the right to cancel the order. This does not apply when different delivery times have been discussed.

Direct bank transfer

A direct bank transfer is an electronic payment that goes directly through your bank account to ours. The payment is made using an approved balance in your own bank account. Paying by this method is 100% secure, protected and discreet.

To pay using this method, you need an Internet or telephone banking service. If you are transferring money to us from an overseas territory please allow 3-5 days for your payment to show up on your statement. Once we have received your payment we will contact you to let you know that your order is being processed.

To complete your payment to us, you must have the following information on hand:

  • The full name of our bank account/account holder
  • Our bank account number/ IBAN-number
  • Our Swift/BIC Code
  • For international payments you will need the full address of our bank
